This historic Macatawa Hills cottage, built in 1904 but fully renovated in 2015, is perched on the top of a dune with commanding views of Lake Michigan from its wraparound porches and large dune top deck.  While maintaining the integrity of a cottage, the recent renovation melded historic charm with modern day amenities. From a chef's kitchen equipped with all Bosch appliances, to modern bathrooms with natural stone tile and Grohe fixtures, this cottage is sure to meet the most discerning of tastes

Rental Information

  • Our Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 1:00 p.m. and a check out time of 9:00 am.  These are pretty strict due to the need of time to clean the cottage for the next renter.

  • The cottage comes fully equipped with all the linens (including beach towels), in addition to a well appointed kitchen.

  • This property comes with its own dedicated parking area for up to 4 cars.

  • The rental rate for this property from June 1st, through September 4th is $4,000 a week plus cleaning fees.
