This Macatawa Hills home, was fully renovated with a second floor addition done in 2018.  The first floor utilizes an open concept that allows for great family gatherings.  The back deck provides for tranquility as it overlooks wooded ravines. All four of the bedrooms offer their own full bath.  With the recent renovation, this cottage is perfect for almost everyone

Rental Information

  • Our Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 1:00 p.m. and a check out time of 9:00 am.  These are pretty strict due to the need of time to clean the cottage for the next renter.

  • The cottage comes fully equipped with all the linens (including beach towels), in addition to a well appointed kitchen.

  • This property comes with its own dedicated parking area for up to 4 cars.

  • The rental rate for this property from June 1st, through September 4th is $5,000 a week plus cleaning fees.
