This Macatawa Hills home, is one of the nicest in all of Macatawa.  Set back in the woods, but still close to the water, it offers the tranquility everyone is looking for.  You will find top notch finishes and well as all new furnishings.  The back of the property leads to Sanctuary Woods with beautiful trails and wildlife.  The inviting atmosphere of this property if perfect for family reunions, larger groups, or quiet retreats.

Rental Information

  • Our Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 1:00 p.m. and a check out time of 9:00 am.  These are pretty strict due to the need of time to clean the cottage for the next renter.

  • The cottage comes fully equipped with all the linens (including beach towels), in addition to a well appointed kitchen.

  • This property comes with its own dedicated parking area for up to 4 cars.

  • The rental rate for this property from June 1st, through September 4th is $6,000 a week plus cleaning fees.
