This beachfront cottage is the absolute best in the Lake Macatawa area.  From the spacious deck, it's just three steps to the beautiful beach of Lake Michigan.  Lake Macatawa is only a couple of hundred yards on the other side.  It boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and an open first floor plan perfect for family gatherings.

Rental Information

  • Our Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 1:00 p.m. and a check out time of 9:00 am.  These are pretty strict due to the need of time to clean the cottage for the next renter.

  • The cottage comes fully equipped with all the linens (including beach towels), in addition to a well appointed kitchen.

  • This property comes with one dedicated parking spot, but a private reserved area for up to 4 cars is down the street.

  • The rental rate for this property from June 1st, through September 4th is $12,000 a week plus cleaning fees.
